What is Apex?
Apex is the top of the seven rarities. The official description asks whether a lever pull will be Common or a super rare Apex part. No Apex spin price or named Apex robot is public. Some script listings tag a build 'APEX UPD'; that tag is not a developer patch note and is not tied to a specific change.

How do you get Apex?
Roll it at the spin pillar. Nothing in the gamepass list says a pass can grant Apex.
How do you use Apex?
If an Apex part appears at a price you cannot pay, leave it. Luck upgrades are the official tool for seeing rarer tiers more often, not a published odds table.
